Engineered & Solid Hardwood Floor Refinishing
99% Dustless Hardwood Floor Refinishing renews old and damaged wood floors. It fixes deep scratches, chips, dents, stains, and worn areas. Hardwood Refinishing works on solid, engineered, and parquet floors. We use water-based finishes with no smell that dry fast. Oil-based finishes are also available.
Pros and Cons of Hardwood Sanding & Finishing: This method removes dents, scratches, and damages by taking away some of the wood’s top layer. Sanding allows the wood to be stained in a new color with many stain choices. The downside is it removes about 0.5 – 1.5 mm of the top layer each time, so it can only be done a limited number of times, based on hardwood specifications.

Sandless Wood Floor Refinishing (Buffing & Polishing)
Sandless Hardwood Refinishing is great for wood floors that look good but need a small update. It involves lightly sanding the floor (floor buffing) and using a special chemical on the surface. After fixing small damages, a new finish coat is applied. This method is also called hardwood buffing or polishing.
Sandless refinishing has pros and cons. It’s quicker and cheaper than traditional sanding refinishing. It doesn’t remove much of the hardwood’s top layer, but it’s not completely dust-free, so you might see some dust in your home. This method won’t fix deep scratches or dents and can’t add new stain colors to the floor.

This method safely cleans old wood floors without harsh sanding or losing any wood.
Pros and Cons. Hardwood recoating gives results like traditional refinishing without losing wood. You can choose finishes like matte, satin, or gloss. It’s dust-free. It works best on floors in good shape with few physical damages. It removes dirt and other things that can harm floors and lead to expensive repairs later. Many use hardwood recoating every few years to protect floors and avoid refinishing. Hardwood floors can be refinished a few times, but recoating helps maintain them and saves money over time.
Recoating does not fix deep scratches, dents, or change the floor color.
